It cannot be said often enough – and we have already said it a few times 🙂 that Design Thinking is a great, goal-oriented method when you want to approach a goal in small steps. In the first phase, the problem is understood and outlined. Then you decide on solution approaches, which you test in prototypes. The second half often consists of several feedback loops, and that’s a good thing.
