From Content First to a New Company
I myself, along with my colleagues from Edupartner, will report on our very concrete innovation everyday life. About 3 years ago, we began to focus intensively on the topic of “Content First in XML”. This has since resulted in an IT system, a new company, and new organizational forms.
Innovation in Everyday Life, how Does it Work?
It is a constant challenge to drive innovation forward while keeping the existing business running. For us at Edupartner, it was clear: this parallelism is both a challenge and an opportunity, and it can only succeed if we proceed step by step. While this takes longer, it allows us to learn from each step and plan the next one.
