Innovation, Step by Step

How can innovation succeed when you still have to deal with the normal daily work routine and existing business? We want to talk about our experiences.
Innovation, Step by Step

Today in a week, on December 4, 2019, we will meet at the Impact Hub in Viadukt Zurich for an exchange on the topic “Doing is like wanting, only much more intense!“.

Initiated by the VSD (Thanks, René Theiler!), we will discuss topics that are important to us here on the Publishing blog: innovation, digital culture, organizational development, business models, further education, lifelong learning – it all adds up.

Haeme’s Mustard Live

In an input presentation, Haeme will address some aspects that repeatedly appear in Haeme’s Mustard. In his characteristically concise manner, he will present us with some food for thought that we can compare with our everyday lives throughout the evening.

What exactly is this “digital culture”?

From Content First to a New Company

I myself, along with my colleagues from Edupartner, will report on our very concrete innovation everyday life. About 3 years ago, we began to focus intensively on the topic of “Content First in XML”. This has since resulted in an IT system, a new company, and new organizational forms.

Innovation in Everyday Life, how Does it Work?

It is a constant challenge to drive innovation forward while keeping the existing business running. For us at Edupartner, it was clear: this parallelism is both a challenge and an opportunity, and it can only succeed if we proceed step by step. While this takes longer, it allows us to learn from each step and plan the next one.

We report on these learnings. We show what we would do differently today and where our approach has proven successful. Evolution instead of revolution.

Innovation, step by step.

There are Still Places Available!

For all those interested in these topics and who would like to discuss their own experiences with us after the two inputs: there are still a few places available! You can register for this network exchange through the VSD website.
